Yes, but it's worth mentioning if one CPU is doing something that keeps
it truly busy, the other CPU will be slow.  And the speed of the "other"
CPU will depend on what exactly you are doing.

It's not like HT provides two real CPUs -- but HT does require the SMP
kernel to be useful.
