Allen is right, in that alot of stuff are in kernel-unsupported.  That 
saves alot of people trying to build kernel modules already there.  (In 
S.L. 304 we install it by default now)

   yum update kernel\*
   yum install kernel-unsupported

But to answer your secondary question, it is at
   /boot/config-<kernel>
