Hi,

For the past couple of weeks, I have been trying to get my Intel 4965AGN card working on SL5.1 (kernel 2.6.18-92.1.6.el5). Today I noticed that the driver responsible for it, iwl4965, is blacklisted in /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist with the following comment:

# don't load iwl4965 by default, bug 245379

Does anyone know what this "bug 245379" is and how to get the card to work? I tried commenting out the blacklist statement, but it does not help (it tells me "iwl4965 device wlan0 does not seem to be present" either way).

Thanks.
