I've been there recently with F9beta or thereabouts. I recognise a lot 
of the drivers, many are for network drivers and hardly useful

The chances are good that if Anaconda can't find a useful driver, it 
doesn't have one. Check the vendor's website for a suitable driver for 
Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5.0. With any luck, there will be a suitable 
driver disk image for you to download and use.
