Hi,
Does any one have the Dell "module bay" working with the ~latest SL
x86_64 kernel (i.e. 2.6.18-128.1.10.el5 or later)?
What I mean is that if I use a vanilla kernel, I can add/remove a cdrom
drive then add/remove different module bay hard drives (without
rebooting!). I can not get the SL kernel to do this. I've tried adding
the kernel parameter "combined_mode=libata" but that does not work :(
Does anyone know the right combination of kernel parameters to use?
Thanks,
Ron
