What operating system are you using?

If it's linux, try either gnomebaker or k3b as a graphical cd burning
tool that will help you. You're looking for a special option called
something like "burn image to CD". I typically use k3b, where the option
is found as:

tools -> Burn CD Image

If you're running windows, you need a cd burning program that can burn
CD images. I typically download and install infrarecorder, because it's
free. I forget quite where it hides its option for burning an image, but
it definitely has one somewhere.
