No smiley.
It is guesswork, but I bet it's pretty accurate.
RHEL 4 Update 7 is *supposed* to be released tomorrow.  It is *supposed* to 
have firefox 3 in it.  And I can't remember the last time a browser went more 
than a month without a security update.
So, that's where my guess comes from.
