I have a system with two sound cards (one on board and one added just
for gnomemeeting). Ever since going to SL 4 from SL 3
gome-volume-control fails on startup with the message "Sorry, no mixer
elements and/or devices found". This is an x86_64 system. Any clue as
to why this might be? I notice that the system seems to default to the
wrong one for most things - it would be nice to correct this. It is
not, however, at the top of my priority list.
