db4.x86_64       4.7.25-17.el6                  sl-fastbugs

My guess is that you updated db4.x86_64 from sl-fastbugs at some point,
but currently do not have sl-fastbugs enabled.  Enable sl-fastbugs and
update db4.i686 then install wine.  (It's also possible that you have it
enabled but yum will not update db4.i686 automatically).
