Thanks, it will work when i do the change in the config file as root. I
was using the default yum in my fully updated SL 4.4. 64 bit. I
installed the yum plugin kmdl 0.2.-3. as an individual rpm installation
(not through yumex). After that yum would not function at all and i got
the information that kmdl requires API 2.2, but the systen supports API
2.1.
