Has anyone had success using VRVS with the 2.4.21-27.0.1 kernel ?

I just upgraded the kernel on my desktop and now VRVS
just hangs when connecting the mbone tools. I cannot
even login via ssh to find out what the problem might be.

I reverted to the 2.4.21-20.0.1 kernel and it works fine .

Has anyone else had this experience and can give
any hints as to what might be causing the problem.
