That's a very good question.
The answer is that we are going to try to merge them and do just one 
distribution.
That does have some implications.
Such as, when there are errata, do we get the server errata, or the 
workstation errata, or will it matter?
OK, actually, we've already checked that, and found that the source 
rpm's are the exact same for both client and server.  But we haven't 
finished checking to verify if each duplicated rpm is the same.
So, we believe we will have just one release, with everything in it.
