Hi All,

I'm responding to myself here, just in case someone else can use this
someday:

It turns out that bttv is included with the stock linux kernel from
2.6.0 on. CONFIG_BT848 is enabled in Fedora Core 3 (and others I
presume), yet disabled in EL4. Fair enough - they sureley left it out
for a reason. With that, I'm recompiling the src.rpm with it enabled.
Time will tell if it works.

I'll need to do this whenever there's kernel updates. This leads me to ask:

1) Is the kernel-unsupported package not provided by the vendor with
el4? I saw that it was with el3.
2) Is there a better way for me to build this module?

Thanks for suggestions / help!
Erik.
