+1 for imapsync.  It works in a very simple way, no major complexities.  
It is used in many cases by people migrating from Exchange or similar to 
open source groupware solutions such as Zarafa, Scalix, or 
Opengroupware.org.  It is well-tested, and lots of people know how to 
drive it, so it's not difficult to find help from others.
