We have installed Sl.5.1 x86_64 and now have problems running some X11 ba
sed 32 bit graphics
applications, like Gaussview.

Trying to run Gaussview I get the following error message.

.../gv/gview: error while loading shared libraries: libXmu.so.6: cannot o
pen shared object file: No

such file or directory

If I provide a link to the library directory /usr/lib64/ then I get the f
ollowing

.../gv/gview: error while loading shared libraries: libXmu.so.6: wrong EL
F class: ELFCLASS64

It seems that the program needs access to 32 bit library routines? How ca
n I get around this kind of
problems?

Any suggestions welcome!
