I ask everyone NOT to post followups to this thread/branch.

This thread is about "usb patch". The topic was not only hijacked but
also it is no longer technique-related discussion. As I quoted Troy's
post sometime ago, the SL mailing list is not the place to talk about
non-technical stuff.
