Hi Jon,
I already have it made, but I'm not putting it into the testing area 
because it would be the one people get instead of the others.  But thank 
you for noticing and pointing it out.
The one that will go out to SL 5.3 will be

NetworkManager-0.7.0-4.sl5_3.i386.rpm
