On the distribution server the i686 package is a hard link within the
x86_64 tree.

$ ls -li 6.2/i386/os/Packages/cyrus-sasl-lib-2.1.23-13.el6.i686.rpm
6.2/x86_64/os/Packages/cyrus-sasl-lib-2.1.23-13.el6.i686.rpm
1501786955 -rw-r--r--. 2 root root 137720 Dec 13 08:56
6.2/i386/os/Packages/cyrus-sasl-lib-2.1.23-13.el6.i686.rpm
1501786955 -rw-r--r--. 2 root root 137720 Dec 13 08:56
6.2/x86_64/os/Packages/cyrus-sasl-lib-2.1.23-13.el6.i686.rpm

You may want to remove and re-add the SL signing key. It seems
something is wonky with your rpm gpg keyring. There are instructions on
this within the rpm man page.
