[forwarding to whole list in case others want prebuilt gnucash on SL 3.0.2+]

Sorry, I remember talking on IRC with the gnucash folks, and they told me to
go to Dag (IIRC, which might not be the case)... perhaps that was for a
previous version of RH (although after examining Dag's entire repos of all
versions, I can't find any trace of gnucash at all).

Speaking of which, I got the SRPMS for gnucash-1.8.9 from fedora core 2, as
my blog mentioned. I shudder when recalling the nightmare I went through to
recompile since there were a lot of devel dependencies which were in FC2 but
not in RHEL3. Perhaps I didn't know what I was doing back then, perhaps it
still is that bad now...

I can release the RPM's I built from that, *without support*. If there's an
appropriate place to put them for sharing to the SL community (at least),
please let me know. I have no idea how to sign RPM's, so user beware, until
someone can teach me how and I have time -- I'm about to go on a long
vacation. Of course, someone else could always follow my blog directions (if
necessary) and recompile it properly, signed.
