     Since you have rsync, I assume you have the rsync rpm, in which case 
you can use 'man rsync' to see about running rsync as a daemon.  Use
'man rsyncd.conf' for further information about setting it up.  You can
also try googling "rsync server".  In any case, not only does a server for 
rsync exist, you almost surely already have it.
