This is a brand new card, Albatron GeForce 7300 GT AGP 8x, placed on an AGP 4x port. I 
bought it, because the previous Geforce4 MX 440 was no longer supported by NVIDIA.

This is what I have installed:

I did the above command, but the problem still persists.
