Upstream (RH) EL 7.2 is available now (GA release date was 11/19,
according to https://access.redhat.com/articles/3078 ), although I do
not remember seeing an announcement. SL 7.2 in any form is not yet
available, nor is CentOS 7.2, although I do see activity on the CentOS
buildlogs server showing builds being done (you can look at this for
yourself at http://buildlogs.centos.org/c7.1511.00/ ).

Upstream's release notes are at
https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-US/Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux/7/html/7.2_Release_Notes/
(this as far as I know does not require a log in). You'll want to read
them, as there are a bit more changes than usual for a 'minor' update
(the rebase to GNOME 3.14 from 3.8 is possibly the biggest single change).
