Look for "Add/Remove Software" in the menu's.
It's not Yum Extender, but it does a good job.

In Gnome it's under
   System -> Administration -> Add/Remove Software

In KDE it's under
   Menu -> Applications -> Administration -> Add/Remove Software

The application that is run is called "gpk-application"
