After retrieving the latest updates via apt-get in SL4, now NTPD fails during start up,
with the message:

Jul 26 01:34:40 localhost ntpd: failed
Jul 26 01:34:40 localhost ntpd: ntpd: error while loading shared libraries: libz.so.1:
failed to map segment from shared object: Permission denied
Jul 26 01:34:40 localhost ntpd: ntpd startup failed

I tried to fill it as a bug in the "Bug Tracker" on the web site, but there was no option
for SL4, only for SL 3.x.

Any quick fix ideas?
