Well, you are trying to mix old Mesa 8.0.4 from elrepo
(http://elrepo.org/tiki/mesa) with Mesa 9.2 that you have installed...
You have to either downgrade fully to that Mesa (not sure that it'll
work), or find a package that provides libGLESv2.so and
/usr/include/GLES2 (devel package) for current mesa in SL6. Maybe it's
possible to rebuild original SL6 "mesa" SRPM, enabling building of that
package and install it alongside with system Mesa.
Actually what suprises me is that you seem to have Mesa 9.2 packages in
the system. Current Mesa on SL6.5 system is supposed to be 10.1.2.
RH is doing crazy tricks with mesa updates in EL6, it started with
version 7 IIRC (which is why elrepo declares that their Mesa 8 is "an
update") but now it got updated to latest version 10. But they didn't
enable (or forgot to enable) this additional package when switching to
newer versions.
