Sorry I don't have a public repository available, but the Fedora 23 grace-5.1.25-4.fc23.src.rpm builds fine (I use mock) once you have the dependency on xbae-devel available and EPEL enabled.  xbae-4.60.4-21.fc23.src.rpm builds without further dependency hell.

To install grace, it requires nedit, where I found nedit-5.6-1.fc23.src.rpm also builds without hassle on el7.

Not too bad, relatively speaking.
