Greetings,
The following should work:
Remove all traces of nspluginwrapper from your 64 bit machine(s). Then
go to the Adobe website, and download and then install:
adobe-release-x86_64-1.0-1.noarch.rpm
After that, you can install Flash x64 from Adobe.
