Hello,
Sorry for the delay but I was on vacation.
What do you see when you look at the nfs server logs?  Do you see 
connections and/or errors from the installing machines?

Another thing to check is the permissions of the files on the server. 
There are times that file permissions get set to strictly so that nobody 
can read them.
