Kile wasn't part of SL5, although rpmforge does have kile for SL5.

I don't see kile in SL6/rpmforge or SL6/epel (yet):
# yum --enablerepo=rpmforge --enablerepo=epel search kile
Loaded plugins: downloadonly, refresh-packagekit
Warning: No matches found for: kile
No Matches found

I geuss you should ask Dag and the other rpmforge people whether
kile will be in rpmforge ?
