Repoview generates html pages from yum repository metadata:

see: http://linux.duke.edu/projects/mini/repoview/

and for the result of it see (using a browser):

ftp://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/303/i386/SL/RPMS/repodata/index.html
