Hi Radu-Cristian,

I have no experience with it under SL, but smart (
http://labix.org/smart ) looked promising when I last looked at it. 
There are packages available for it at ATrpms

At the time (over more than a year back) it still had some rough edges, 
but by now it could be stable enough to use. Maybe someone on the list 
has more recent experience with it?
