I have seen I/O write errors when hibernating on some laptops here. I tested the new RHEL5 
Update 1 beta Kernel on these systems and the I/O write errors disappears. So, there is a 
good chance that with RHEL51, SL51, CentOS51 at least some hibernating problems will be fixed.
