Firefox 3 for SL4?

Is there any chance of Firefox 3 being packaged up for SL44, as many
of my users would like to run it?  I tried downloading it from
http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ , untarring
firefox-3.0.1.tar.bz2 and running the resultant firefox/firefox file,
but got the following error message:

./firefox-bin: error while loading shared libraries: libpangocairo-1.0.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
