Suhail,

Sounds like a misplaced grub install.  SuSE probably had grub in the 
MBR, replaced by SL's grub.  The chainloader +1 is trying to load a 
bootloader (grub) off partition 10 of the disk, which isn't there.  
You'll either need to modify SL's grub to boot SuSE similar to how it 
boots SL (non-chainloader method) or boot up SuSE from a rescue disk and 
install its grub into the partition instead of the MBR.
