rsyncing 4.0 i386 from mirrorservice.org and running yum upgrade gives
me:

Error: Missing Dependency: mozilla = 37:1.7.7 is needed by package
devhelp

(mozilla* is version 37:1.7.8-1.4.1)

having devhelp depend on a specific mozilla, rather than x.y or later
seems a very bad idea but it presumably not under SL's control.

Does the QA include a machine with everything installed which tries a
yum upgrade? 

Or is this just a problem at my end?
