Ok, the short answer is "yes".

A slightly longer answer is "yes, unless it requires shared objects not 
available as 64-bit builds, and unless your app is 'really smart' and 
decides for itself whether it will work on this platform or not".

Short answers are "no", and "you use the 32-bit firefox or you don't get 
to use the plugins which are not available as 64-bit objects".
