It seems that the Upstream vendor used the httpd from Update 1 as the
basis for this security errata. Problem was that this Update 1 version
of http had a dependency on a version of apr that only comes with Update
1.
So I have put in the 40 i386 errata area
apr-0.9.4-24.3.i386.rpm
apr-devel-0.9.4-24.3.i386.rpm
And in the 40 x86_64 area
apr-0.9.4-24.3.i386.rpm
apr-devel-0.9.4-24.3.x86_64.rpm
apr-0.9.4-24.3.x86_64.rpm
This should satisfy the new http dependency.
