Well, first you may want to check: if this is Atheros based card,
you can get SRPM from here:

http://linuxsoft.cern.ch/repository//i386extras/kernel-module-madwifi-2.4.21-15.0.3.EL.cern-0.20040920-1.cern.i686.html

and rebuild for your kernel...
