I'm guessing this is a kernel issue rather than anything in SL, but
under ReHat /proc/pci would look like:

  Bus 0, device 10, function 0:
Ethernet controller: Intel Corp. 82557/8/9 [Ethernet Pro 100] (rev
12).
      IRQ 11.
      Master Capable. Latency=32. Min Gnt=8.Max Lat=56.
      Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xef021000 [0xef021fff].
      I/O at 0xec00 [0xec3f].
      Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xef000000 [0xef01ffff].
  Bus 1, device 5, function 0:
VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation NV11 [GeForce2 MX DDR]
(rev 178).
      IRQ 10.
      Master Capable. Latency=248. Min Gnt=5.Max Lat=1.
      Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xec000000 [0xecffffff].
      Prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xe0000000 [0xe7ffffff].

Under SL4 all I get is meaningless numbers:

  Bus 0, device 31, function 5:
    Class 0401: PCI device 8086:24d5 (rev 2).
      IRQ 3.
      I/O at 0xee00 [0xeeff].
      I/O at 0xedc0 [0xedff].
      Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xfeb7fa00 [0xfeb7fbff].
      Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xfeb7f900 [0xfeb7f9ff].
  Bus 1, device 0, function 0:
    Class 0200: PCI device 1148:4320 (rev 16).
      IRQ 10.
      Master Capable. Latency=64. Min Gnt=23.Max Lat=31.
      Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xfe9fc000 [0xfe9fffff].
      I/O at 0xde00 [0xdeff].

Is there any way of getting a /proc/pci that tells me anything?

Thanks

John
