Yes, confirmed, we have at least one in-house application that broke with this update
of the Xorg server. (the X11 client libraries are okey, only the server is bad.
the mac os server is okey, the el7 server is okey, ubuntu is ???).

The bottom line is that the updated Xorg server does not send the initial "expose" events,
(maybe does not send any "expose" events).

We fixed our in-house appliction for listen for "window visible" events instead.

What a PITA to have a broken Xorg server just on one linux of many.
