Hello,

Information on the iso images is at
http://ftp1.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/6.3/x86_64/iso/readme

What is the SHA1SUM or SHA256SUM of your downloaded image?

I fear your disc image is somehow incorrect or getting unmounted. I've
performed several installs from the 'Install-DVD' without the need for
additional media.
