I don't know how to disable the check, but you should be able to get
to a shell after the error is shown and do
       fsck /dev/sda3
to fix the error. Reboot afterwards.

Strangely, I just had this problem a few minutes ago on a blade that
decided to boot with a date in 2034. It was that easy to fix.
