Yes, I use the adobe yum repo for my machines, but that version of Adobe 
Reader only runs on SL5.  

My question was whether the patched version would be available for SL3 and 
SL4.  It's available to paying customers of TUV through RHN, but does not 
seem to be downloadable from Adobe.  Maybe there is a secret, or 
not-generally-published ftp site where Adobe provides it.
