While technologically reasonable, it's a political and licensing
non-starter for a "free as in speech" or open source software package.
Adobe has kept the intellectual property licenses on Flash quite
tight, which is why you still have to download it from Adobe and click
on the license, rather than it being available in the main upstream
RHEL or Fedora free software or open source packages.
