If you're using Konsole then you're probably using KDE.  Run the System
Settings app, choose "Keyboard and Mouse", then "Standard Keyboard
Shortcuts".

"Copy" is normally ctrl-C, but has ctrl-insert as an alternate already,
and "Paste" is ctrl-V with shift-insert as an alternate.

If yours is different, you can change them right in this window.
