Hi,

Some "problems" with pine on SL 303.

(1) pine ignores /etc/pine.conf

(2) pine -conf does not copy /etc/pine.conf into ~/.pinerc. Instead, it
behaves like pine -pinerc which generates a fresh ~/.pinerc file.

I have constructed a /etc/pine.conf so that pine correctly contacts our mail
server when opening the user's inbox. The user does not need to have a
personal ~/.pinerc to get started. More importantly, the user does not have
to learn how to configure ~/.pinerc unless she wants to. Obviously, this is
all broken now.

Any suggestions?

Ken
