Hi Johan,

I run 64bit SL 4.4 on all servers that accept 64 bit mode.

I find everything just runs faster than the 32 bit equivalents and consider,
why not?

The only reason I could think of running 32bit on a 64bit platform is if the
software app I was using wouldn't be stable running 64bit.

My advice is to install 64bit, test it for a couple of weeks with your apps,
if you're happy with it stay with it, if not, re-install 32bit SL.

Regards,

Michael.
