device-mapper-libs-1.02.107-5.el7 (part of the lvm2-2.02.130-5.el7
package) was released in RHEL 7.2:

So, it will be in SL 7.2.

SL 7.2 Alpha released about a week ago includes this version of
device-mapper-libs. If you need it now, you can find it here:
