yum update broken on SL40?

Hi,

During the nightly yum cron our two SL40 machines complained that:

Error: Missing Dependency: apr >= 0.9.4-24.2 is needed by package httpd

apr is indeed installed:
[root@CENSORED ~]# rpm -q apr
apr-0.9.4-24.1

but does not fulfil the dependencies of the new httpd rpm.  If I remove 
the httpd rpm then yum runs correctly.

Has anyone else seen this problem?  Is there a fix?
