If you just want binaries then look in 
http://www.damtp.cam.ac.uk/linux/sl/local/4x/RPMS/x86_64/

For silly reasons the SRPMS arn't curently copied over into that tree and 
it isn't a yum'able repo because I hadn't got my head round the various 
repo stuff when we made those bits.

The equivalent stuff for SL5 is under 
http://www.damtp.cam.ac.uk/linux/sl/damtp/5x/ which does have SRPMS (and 
should be yum'able) but we havn't (yet) done 64-bit builds due to lack of 
time...

If you want the SL4x SRPMS let me know and I'll fix the script that copies 
them over.

They will (should) all be signed but you probably won't have the relevant 
GPG keys :-(
